Our company specialised into providing professional valuation services to residential flats in Hong Kong. Currently, we are providing free valuation services of CityOne in Sha Tin. Our hedonic price model considers factors including building age, floor level, saleable floor area, whether it is haunted, whether it is at the roof level, whether it has river view, the distance to MTR station and time factor.
