We have constructed a pricing index of Cityone starting from January, 1992.
The trend of the housing price of Cityone followed the macroeconomic behavior in Hong Kong. From 1992 to 1997, the price rose steadily due to speculation. But it crumbled in 1997 after the Asian economic crisis. It further dwindled to the bottom in 2003 due to SARS. However, starting from 2003, the price increased a few folds up till now.
