Discovery Park is a 3-phase private residential estate developed by Hong Kong Resort Company Limited. The three phases were completed in May 1997, January 1998 and May 1998 respectively. It consists of 3360 units with each phase compositing of 4 blocks and 40 floors. The saleable floor area for the units ranges from 470 square feet to 682 square feet (Table 1 & refer to Figure 1). Greenery and gardens are provided in the residential development for the relaxation of residents. Thus, residents of some units can enjoy green view and garden view while the other units have the road view (Refer to Figure 2). A club house consisting of sports facilities such as gym room and tennis room, sauna room and children playing area is provided in the East Wing of the residential development. It is within 5-minute walking distance to Tsuen Wan MTR station and serviced by Discovery Park bus terminus. Next to the residential estate, there is a large shopping mall which is developed in the same development project. Besides, the residential development is located near Tsuen King Circuit Indoor Recreation Centre and Tsuen Wan Police District Station.
