Tai Hing Gardens are located at 11 Tsun Wen Road in the Tuen Mun district. A total of 15 residential towers are built over two phases of construction between 1989 and 1994. An amount of 3,671 residential units are accommodated in the development. Clubhouse, shopping centre and car parking area is also provided at the first few floors. It was formerly the Tai Hing Knitting Factories, and was later developed by Tai Hing Gardens by private developers like the Hang Lung Properties and Tai Hing Cotton Mill (Development) Limited.
