Tai Hing Gardens are located at 11 Tsun Wen Road and 3 Ho Hing Circuit in Tuen Mun district. A total of 15 residential blocks are built over two phases of construction between 1989 and 1994. An amount of 3,671 residential units are accommodated in the development. Clubhouse, shopping centre and car parking area are also provided at the first few floors. The site was formerly the Tai Hing Knitting Factories, and was later developed into Tai Hing Gardens jointly by Hang Lung Properties and Tai Hing Cotton Mill (Development) Limited.
