The following manual will take you through the steps to use this tool:
Step 1
Go to ‘VALUATION TOOL’ under ‘VALUATION’ in the page bar
Step 2
Select ‘Phase’, ‘Block’, ‘Floor’ and ‘Flat’ of the subject unit
Step 3
The estimated price will be automatically shown in the box under ‘Valuation (HKD)’, other information of the subject unit, such as ‘View’, ‘GFA’ and ‘SFA’ will also be shown at the bottom
