Ocean Shores were jointly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and Swire Properties in Tiu Keng Leng. It consists of 15 residential blocks, with five in Phase 1, four in Phase 2 and six in Phase 3. The three phases were completed in 2000, 2001 and 2003 respectively. The entire development provides 5,728 residential flats in total. Given its development scale, it is widely regarded as the price indicator of the residential properties in Tseung Kwan O.
