The Ocean Shores Price Index (OSPI) is updated once per month. The base is taken as 100 in February 2001 and the most updated price index for August 2018 is 354.98. The price index from 2001 to 2018 is shown below.
In addition, the OSPI is plotted together with the residential price index (overall) [denoted as RVDALL in the graph below] published by the Rating and Valuation Department (RVD). The base is taken as 82.1 in February 2001, which is the same as the index of RVD for easy comparison.
