User Guide

1. Click ‘Online Valuation System’ in the menu bar or ‘GET THE PRICE NOW’ in the home page to access the valuation model.

 

2. Fill in Property’s details accordingly, shown in the red box.

 

3. The results will be shown in two parts, the first part is property value with its SFA and property age, the second part is some of the property characteristics.
