Gold Coast is a large-scale private composite development in Tuen Mun, built right next to the beach of Gold Coast and Castle Peak Road, Castle Peak Bay section. It comprises of 20 blocks of residential towers above the podium and a shopping arcade and basement carpark. It is completed between 1990 (Phase 1: Block 1-5) and 1993 (Phase 2: the remaining blocks). Gold Coast mainly consists of 2 or 3-bedroom apartment with rectangular-shape living/dining rooms design.
