Royal Peninsula

We have been appointed by HKU Bank to conduct a pilot study on Royal Peninsula. We gather data and information from the market and build an up-to-date interactive valuation model, as well as a Hedonic Price Model based on regression analysis for the housing estate where the public can easily get access to. By doing so, we wish to provide the most timely market analysis, and the website would serve as an useful tool to advise your investment decisions or industry research.
