Established in June 1989, 9UP Ltd has been engaging in property valuation. It was founded by six professional general practice surveyors in Hong Kong. The company name 9UP means line up, which implies our valuation always lines up with the actual figure.
This year, collaborating with HKU Bank, our company developed an online Automated Valuation Model for the public. We built a hedonic price model specifically for Bayview Garden, which is tested by regression tests. As a result, the general public can now get an instant valuation of any flat in Bayview Garden with just a few clicks.
