VANEWER Consultancy Limited, founded in 1997, is a real estate consultancy company based in Hong Kong. Our services covered property valuation, investment and management. With more than 20 years of experience, VANEWER has gained popularity worldwide and thrived on in the real estate and development market.
Our Mission
The “NEW” in VANEWER stands for a non-traditional way of valuation. We strive for designing a groundbreaking way of valuation services to our clients, by using the latest technologies to provide a speedy and accurate valuation to clients. With a view to fulfilling corporate social responsibility, VANEWER aims at providing a simple valuation tool for Sun Yuen Long Center for homebuyers and investors as references. The valuation tool for other properties within Hong Kong will be incorporated in the next patch of development to benefit the general public.
