The building location of YOHO Town is in Yuen Long, New Territories. YOHO Town has been built in three separate stages, with stage four currently under construction. Phase 1 (8 Yuen Long Street) was completed in 2004 and consists of 8 buildings, with a total of 2200 units. Phase 2 (9 Yuen Long Street) was completed in 2010 and consists of an additional 8 building, with a total of 1891 units, and a commercial shopping centre, YOHO mall, opened in 2015. The housing estate was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and is currently managed by Kaisheng Management Services Company. The lease of each of the apartments will end In 2047. The facilities are quite extensive, including a 50m outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, Phantom bowling alley, multi-purpose sports field, fitness room, health dance/yoga room, multi-purpose ballroom and lastly also a children’s playground. There are also a total of 480 car spaces available. In terms of school network, there is a kindergarten Primary 74 nearby, as well as multiple Christian colleges. The housing estate is also greatly located near to the MTR station Yuen Long, making it very easy to get Kowloon or Hong Kong Island from YOHO Town.
