Passant Valuation was established in 1999 in Hong Kong because the property market was growing big and has become a good investment option. We would like to assist our customers on making greater profits by investing on the property market. We have 20 years of experience in developing valuation models for housing estates and they have helped a lot with our customers’ property investment. We have been awarded with more than 40 awards from 15 countries since our establishment. Since our inception we have worked on multiple valuation projects ranging from small to very large estates.
