Festival City is a private housing estate located in 1 Mei Tin Road, Tai Wai. It was developed by Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited and managed by Mass Transit Railway Corporation. Festival City has been known as one of the superior housing estates in Tai Wai on account of its spectacular supporting facilities and networks, including a luxurious club house designed by SPIRAL Architectural Design, a sophisticated secondary school and university network, its convenient location which is only a few minutes walk from Tai Wai and Hin Keng MTR stations and the Tai Wai bus terminal etc. There are three phases with totally twelve towers in the Festival City, and its average unit price (SFA) is $16249 ($14728 - $17815)/ sq. ft.
