火炭駿景園單日連錄3宗成交 3房套1368萬元獲承接
中原地產新界東豪宅及大埔區副營業董事余志偉表示，疫情放緩，政府開始放寬防疫措施，近日二手成交轉旺，火炭駿景園於週末單日連錄3宗成交，分行日前促成8座中層A室，實用面積1039平方呎，建築面積1206平方呎，3房套間隔連工人套房，業主以1368萬元將單位易手，折合平均實用呎價13167元。原業主於1997年以1120萬元買入單位，持貨23年，帳面獲利248萬元，單位升值22.1%。 余志偉指，同時亦錄7座低層B室，實用面積958平方呎，建築面積1128平方呎，3房套連士多房間隔，以1255萬元易手，折合平均實用呎價13100元。
火炭駿景園套3房 減價98萬元以1100萬元易手
中原地產新界東豪宅富豪山峯組分行經理許秋偉表示，火炭駿景園最新錄7座低層C室，建築面積1128平方呎，實用面積958平方呎，套3房間隔，開價1198萬元，議價後以1100萬元沽出，實用平均呎價11482元。 據了解，新買家為用家，感業主提供合理議價空間，即購入單位自住。原業主則於2016年以998萬元購入單位，持貨4年，是次沽出單位賬面獲利約102萬元離場。
駿景園中層三房1065萬轉手
2020年9月27日 二手市場 火炭駿景園5座中層A室，實用面積676方呎，3房套房間隔，開價1100萬元，議價後以1065萬元易手，實用呎價15754元。 中原地產表示，買家感屋苑環境舒適，單位價錢合理，即購入單位自住。 原業主則於1996年以439萬元購入單位，持貨24年，是次沽出單位獲利626萬元，單位升值約1.43倍。
駿景園高層兩房降價85萬易主
2020年11月10日 二手市場 火炭駿景園2座高層B室，實用面積594方呎，2房間隔，8月放盤時開價約950萬元，議價後以865萬元易手，減價85萬元，實用呎價14562元。 中原地產表示，買家感屋苑環境舒適，單位價錢合理，即購入單位自住。 原業主於2014年以650萬元購入單位，持貨6年，是次沽出單位賬面獲利約215萬元，單位升值約33%。
