As per the appointment by the HKU Bank, Chislon Valuation Limited undertakes a pilot study to develop a hedonic price model, project the price index and construct an interactive valuation model for the subject housing estate ― Telford Gardens. Findings are consolidated on this website.

Executive Director of Chislon Valuation Limited
He has over ten years of expertise in valuation and financial analysis, covering company valuation, intangible asset value, financial instrument valuation, natural resource projects, and purchase price allocation. Teddy directs and supervises the valuation team, which provides expert valuation services for private and publicly traded firms for financial reporting, initial public offers, mergers and acquisitions, financing, tax, and litigation assistance. His valuation experience includes biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and medical care, loans and financing, hotel and entertainment, natural gas development and transportation, software development, education, food and beverage catering, new retail, property management, and a variety of other industries in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia, and Brazil, among others.
Lui Man Hei Ivan
Senior Director of Chislon Valuation Limited
Ivan has over ten years of valuation expertise and has provided valuation and financial advising services for both public and private firms in Hong Kong, Greater China, Singapore, Asia Pacific areas, and England. He also has extensive expertise calculating, pricing, and assessing investments in intricate transaction structures involving hybrid derivatives, preference shares, and other financial structured products. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), a Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and a Master of Philosophy in financial engineering. He has worked on valuations in a variety of industries, including automotive, brand management, fashion and apparel, pharmaceutical product production, advanced information and technology, third-party payment, cryptocurrency, virtual reality, and so on.
Liang Weifang Wendy

Wendy is currently our company’s Senior Director of Real Estate Valuation. She has over 16 years of appraisal and real estate expertise in Hong Kong, China, Macau, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Korea. In terms of property value, she has extensive expertise valuing various types of land and buildings for a variety of reasons such as financial reporting, initial public offering, merger and acquisition, disposal, financing, taxation, and litigation. She is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institutions of Chartered Surveyors, a Professional Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, and a Member of the China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents (Valuation Division).
Wong Ching Yan Kumi

Kumi has more than 16 years of valuation expertise, including Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. He formerly worked for a number of well-known surveying businesses. He specializes in machinery and equipment values, with a focus on construction equipment, printing equipment, electronic plants, and light and heavy industrial manufacturing facilities. She formerly worked as an Associate Director for numerous well-known worldwide surveying organizations as well as a Hong Kong-based property developer. Her background also includes land and property acquisition and investment, as well as due diligence, feasibility studies, investment analysis, property finance, transaction negotiation, and closing.
Yuen Hok Wa Paula

Paula has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate sector in the Greater China region. Paula now provides valuation services to a number of publicly traded and privately held firms in Hong Kong and China. Sh e has actively participated in valuation engagements for accounting, listing, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, insurance, and finance. She has created valuation reports for use in IPO prospectuses and listed business announcements on the Hong Kong and China Stock Exchanges.
