User Guide

1. Select your subject “Block”, “Floor” and “Unit” in the Valuation Tool.
2. Click “Next”.
3. The Estimated Valuation Price and SFA of the target unit will be shown on the next page as follow.
4. Extra information on the attributes that affect the Valuation Price of your target unit will also be shown.
5. Click “Previous” and repeat Step 1 to find the valuation prices of other interested units.
6. Access our other pages to check out more information about Chislon and Telford Garden, or contact us for more!
