As appointed by HKU Bank, we conduct a pilot study on developing a tailor-made hedonic price model, an interactive valuation model and a price index for Laguna City. We aim to provide a user-friendly tool for the public to obtain the valuation and estimation of the price of a specific unit at Laguna City easily.
