Laguna City

Located in Kwun Tong, Laguna City is a high density private residential development comprising three phases, providing 38 residential towers with associated car parking, commercial and communal facilities. Developed by Cheung Kong Holdings and Hutchison Whampoa Property in the early 1990s, Laguna City has become one of the most well-know private housing estates in Kowloon East with its convenient location and stunning view. 

Introduction of the 4 phases of Laguna City

Block 1-8 are located at the northwestern fringe of the development, overlooking the Laguna Park on one side, which is viewing the Kwun Tong Bypass as well. Block 13-17 are situated in the central portion of the development, enjoying mostly the inner garden view. 

Phase 2 is situated at the eastern corner of the development where all blocks enclose a podium garden. South facing units of Block 29-31 enjoys a greenery view of Cha Kwo Ling. In terms of accessibility, the Phase is the closest amongst all to MTR Lam Tin Station. 

Phase 3 is situated at the south eastern fringe of the development. The phase enjoys greenery view of Cha Kwo Ling on one side, and garden view on the other. West and south facing units of Block 37 and 38 enjoys sea view. Amongst the four phases, Phase 3 is supplied with the most abundant ancillary facilities, including its own clubhouse and two shopping mall podiums. 

Phase 4 is situated at the western corner of the development, which also is the phase with most blocks enjoying a close vicinity to the harbourfront. Most units enjoy the inner garden view, while west and south facing units of Block 10-12 and 21-23 enjoys a sea view. The Phase in general is inferior in accessibility than other phases given the long distance to the major transport provisions. 

Location & Accessibility

Laguna City is easily accessible with an abundance of transport options. Public transportation such as taxis, franchised buses and public light buses are available in this locality. Two major transport provisions namely MTR Kwun Tong Line – Lam Tin Station, and Laguna City Public Transport Interchange could be reached at a walking time between 5 to 20 minutes for convenient commute to the different parts of the city.

Facilities

Laguna City encompasses a wide range of facilities to support the residents’ daily needs. Three shopping arcades namely Laguna Plaza, Centre de Laguna, and Laguna Arcade are present. Underneath the shopping arcades are the car parking spaces provided to the residents and shop operators. Two residents clubhouses serving Phase 3, and 1, 2, and 4 respectively are present to offer facilities such as swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, gym, etc, podium gardens. Weaving the whole development are the podium gardens, children’s playgrounds and jogging trails. Within the lot boundaries, two kindergartens are observed as well.
