Our Vision
APLUS International Limited strikes for delivering the best real estate consultancy services to create a home for all people in the Asia-Pacific region, at present and in the future. As per the request from HKU Bank, APLUS International Limited is to engage in a pilot study to establish an appropriate hedonic price and valuation model, construct a price index with an interpretation of their results, and put forward procedures to update the valuation model and index for the Subject Housing Estate: Heng Fa Chuen.
