The Valuation Tool can generate an estimated property value of South Horizons in its four phases.
Please follow the steps:
- Choose the block number for the flat concerned
Choose the floor number for the flat concerned
- Choose the flat unit for the flat concerned
- Click ‘’CONDUCT VALUATION’’ button for the flat concerned. An estimated price of the flat concerned will be displayed, together with other attributes.
- Up to four valuations could be conducted at the same time, one for each of the phases.
