- Access the “valuation tool” page in the navigation bar or in the home page.
2. Enter the information for the flat you want to valuate and press “Next”.
3. You can obtain the property price, age , gross floor area and saleable floor area of the flat chosen.
4. The next part of the result will show the traits the flat has. If the output is 1, it shows the presence of the trait. If the output is 0, its shows the absence of the trait.
