Property Price Index of Riviera Gardens with base year July 1991 was plotted against four external indices namely

1. Private Domestic – Indices by Class (Territory-wide) – All Classes published by RVD (Class A, B & C);
2. Private Domestic – Indices by Class (Territory-wide) – All Classes published by RVD (Class B);
3. The University of Hong Kong All Residential Price Index (HKU-ARPI); and
4. The University of Hong Kong New Territories Residential Price Index (HKU/NRPI).
