Lau Jin Amos
Executive Director
Mr Amos Lau is a professional in mortgage valuation for various types of properties including commercial, industrial, residential, agricultural land and village-type housing. He has over 15 years of experience in property valuation for the Hong Kong market and is strong on Residential, Industrial, Retail and Office properties. He currently leads the Banking Services Team which provides fast and instant valuation service to our clients, ranging from valuation of residential units for financing or complicated development site or commercial complexes for financing purpose.
Ng Mei Shan Sandra
Senior Director
Sandra Ng specialises in valuation and has worked in the real estate sector for over 20 years.
She has extensive experience across the real estate spectrum, and has undertaken valuation projects, feasibility studies, market studies and development consultancy endeavours in all the major sectors including residential, commercial, retail, industrial, hospitality and leisure. Her work experience spans the Asia Pacific Region, with a focus on Hong Kong and the PRC, but she has also worked on projects in Myanmar, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.
Li Ka Ho Tommy

Mr Tommy Li specializes in the provision of valuation and advisory services across the real estate spectrum, including residential development sites, en-bloc premium office buildings, retail and shopping malls, industrial estates and hospitality establishments.
Tommy leads a professional team in providing valuation, feasibility study and advisory services to institutional investors, developers, statutory bodies such as Urban Renewal Authority across all asset types, with paticular expertise in en-bloc income generating assets and development site in both Hong Kong and Mainland China. He is experienced in coordinating large-scale valuation assignments and acting as sole contact point amongst various professional parties for smooth project delivery and efficient communications.
Chung Cheuk Nam Issac
Director
Issac’s main area of expertise is real estate investment consultancy and portfolio valuations for corporate clients. He has exposure to a wide array of assignments with broad geographic coverage, including properties and other fixed assets located in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Malaysia, Australia, Canada and the United States.
Issac is familiar with listing rules of the HKEx and SFC, enabling him to provide professional services to listed companies, especially in the fields of corporate financing, accounting, IPO and M&A. Issac is also skilled at valuation of vacant sites, construction-in-progress, shopping malls, offices, hotels, residential complexes, industrial parks, logistics centers, data centers, cold storages, whole-sale markets, theme parks, special-usage properties and comprehensive developments.
Lau Kwan Chun Jason

Jason Lau has extensive valuation & advisory services experience over 20 years including property investment and development projects specialising in valuation, development consultancy, financial analysis and feasibility studies. Project’s geographic coverage span across Asia Pacific and Middle East, in particular Hong Kong, China and Korea. He has started his career with LionRock since 2002.
Jason has strong client coverage on major financial institutions including global real estate funds and private equity firms.
