Appointed by HKU Bank, Chan & Partners Limited has undertaken a pilot study of Luk Yeung Sun Chuen to formulate a hedonic price model for the housing estate. To facilitate the investment and valuation process by property owners and investors, a price index and an interactive valuation model are also established.
