Luk Yeung Sun Chuen is a private housing estate located at Tsuen Wan, New Territories, built on top of the Tsuen Wan Depot of the MTRC. The estate was developed in phases from 1977 to 1984 by a consortium of property developers, including MTR Corporation, Hong Kong Land, Jardine Matheson Holdings, Kiu Kwong Investment and Dah Sing Group. The relevant occupation permits were issued in 1983 and 1984.
