Sr Wan has over 13 years in valuation expertise in providing valuation and financial advisory services for both public and private sectors across the APAC region. She has worked on valuations in a variety type of real estate assets, including office building, composite buildings, retail shops and other emerging industries.

Sr Lee has over 11 years in valuation advisory services and market research. She provides a holistic real estate service to multi-national firms with multi-market portfolio across the APAC region.
