The Prospice Group draws its name from Robert Browning’s poem “Prospice” which translates to “look forward”. Besides, being a homonym of the word “prosperity”, our name embodies our wish to invoke the same fortitude and spirit of “Prospice” in bringing prosperity for our clients in this dynamic market.

The Prospice Group, established in the 1970s, have a deep knowledge in the Hong Kong real estate market. Having a strong track record in providing professional consultancy services in real estate valuation for clients such as authorities, judiciary, developers, institutional and retail investors, homeowners etc., we look forward to speaking to you about any of your valuation needs.
