Recent Project
Walford is recently employed by the HKU Bank to provide professional valuation advisory services
regarding Belvedere Garden. A valuation model for the housing estate and a Hedonic Price Model
based on regression analysis was developed. Public access on the information is available with
the aid of our tailor-made interactive valuation tool.
