Step 1: Select the subject Block, Floor, and Flat in the Valuation Tool

Step 2: Click “Next”

Step 3: For “Unlucky”, “Flatroof”, “Balcony”, “Building View”, “Sea View”, “Garden View”, and “Duplex”, “1” represent yes, and “2” represent no.

Step 4: Click “Previous” and repeat Step 1 to find the valuation prices of other interested units.
