This is a website presenting the results we have obtained and therefore concluded from our investigation on the project: constructing a price index for Heng Fa Cheun. Relevant data has been found to build the model by applying our regression equation with the use of Eviews. This website includes the relevant data including HKU-REIS and the Price Index of Heng Fa Chuen. A valuation system is also provided in this website.
