In this research, only six phases of Kingswood Villas are included since Kingswood Ginza (Phase 4) is a two-part complex consisting of a hotel and a shopping mall. The targeted six phases are comprised of 58 residential blocks and 15,808 units in total. Kingswood Villas majorly provides 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments with diamond-shaped living rooms and cross-ventilating windows design. Since the six phases are not concentrated in one location, residents in different phases enjoy different views including mountains, buildings, etc. Numerous facilities and installations are identified as well due to the dispersion.
