Price Index

The property Price Index of Discovery Park with base year October 1997 was plotted against six indices namely:

1. RVD Private Domestic – Price Indices by Class (Territory-wide) (Class B);
2. RVD Private Domestic – Price Indices by Class (Territory-wide) (Class A, B & C);
3. RVD Private Domestic – Price Indices by Class (Territory-wide) (All Classes);
4. RVD Private Domestic – Price Indices for Selected Popular Developments (New Territories) (Class A, B & C);
5. HKU All Residential Price Index (HKU-ARPI); and
6. HKU New Territories Residential Price Index (HKU/NRPI).
