Belvedere Garden is one of the many large-scale housing estates in Hong Kong. It is located in Tsuen Wan West, where the factory of South Sea Textile Manufacturing Company Limited was formerly located until the 1980s. In 1979 and 1982, CK Group, Wheelock Properties and Jardine Matheson bought the land parcels of the current site for commercial and residential redevelopment. The housing estate was then completed in phases from 1987 to 1991.
