User Guide:

1. Select the corresponding “Tower”, “Floor”, and “Unit” of the property to be valued in the Valuation Tool
2. Click “Next” to see the valuation result
3. The Valuation Price, Saleable Floor Area (SFA), Gross Floor Area (GFA), and Property Age of the selected property will be shown
4. Click “Previous” for valuation of another property
